I am a Master's level psychotherapist, offering individual, couples and group counseling for adults. Drawing from a number of perspectives, I work primarily from a relational style of therapy, drawing on psychodynamic and family systems orientations. My areas of focus include chronic pain, grief and loss, self-esteem, relational struggles, parenting struggles, childhood abuse, anxiety, depression and life transitions.
The decision to seek help for these or other struggles is a courageous one! I welcome the chance to meet with you or to answer any questions you might have.
"I believe that we all of us have not only the right to be happy no matter what but also a kind of sacred commission to be happy -- in the sense of being free to breathe and move, in the sense of being able to bless our own lives..."
--Frederick Buechner
